1.product introduction:

The harmless treatment uses high-pressure saturated steam to directly contact with animal carcass tissue. When the steam

condenses into water when it meets animal carcass, it will release a large amount of heat energy, which can dissolve oil and

solidify protein. At the same time,pathogens can be minimized with the help of high temperature and high pressure.

2.Advantages of harmless equipment treatment process:

1. Large processing capacity, short processing time and strong ability to deal with sudden epidemic situations,
2. The by-products produced are meat and bone meal and animal oil, which have high market value.
3. The whole process of closed production has no peculiar smell, avoids secondary environmental pollution, and meets the requirements of epidemic prevention laws and regulations.

3.Workflow:

1.The diseased animals and their products are transported to the harmless treatment room, and the treated materials are directly loaded into the chemical basket.
2. Open the tank door, send the chemical basket on the trolley into the humidifier along the track, and close the tank door
3.Set the temperature (160-190) and pressure of 0.6MPa according to the type and quantity of the treatment, carry out high temperature and high pressure sterilization, and sterilize the treatment.
4. At the end of the treatment process, the mixture of oil and water produced in the treatment process is pumped into the oil-water separation equipment for oil-water separation to obtain high purity grease
5.After treatment, open the tank door, pull out the chemical basket along the track and transport the residue in the chemical basket to the place.
6.After production, disinfect the equipment and tools.
