QITDA horizontal 90° through-hole shielded RJ45 DIP connector adopts distinctive bright yellow internal plastic housing, standard 8P8C Ethernet signal pin layout, with full nickel-plated metal outer shielding shell. It features hollow empty internal cavity design, with no pre-installed pulse isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic cores and link/activity LED indicators, reserving sufficient inner space for customers to assemble gigabit or fast Ethernet magnetic modules according to circuit bandwidth, PoE power supply and cost planning requirements.
The special yellow inner plastic structure realizes easy visual identification during SMT/wave soldering production inspection, which helps quickly check pin alignment and assembly status to improve quality control efficiency. Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins perfectly match automatic wave soldering mass production lines, with positioning pillars to prevent component offset during high-temperature welding. The full metal shield delivers excellent EMI anti-interference performance, effectively isolating external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to guarantee stable long-distance data transmission.
All contact terminals are manufactured from phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding wear resistance, strong anti-oxidation performance and long service life for repeated plug and unplug cycles. Multiple customizable options are available, including pin length, shell dimension, pin assignment definition and other color inner housing customization. The product has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance certification.
