QITDA vertical DIP 10P8C 100Mbps shielded RJ45 ethernet connector integrates built-in pulse transformer and EMI filter circuit, equipped with dual green-yellow link and activity indicator LEDs. It strictly complies with IEEE802.3 100BASE-TX fast ethernet standard to deliver stable 100Mbps network transmission, backward compatible with 10Mbps ethernet.
The 10P8C pin layout includes 8 signal pins plus 2 reinforced ground pins, which strengthens grounding stability and anti-electromagnetic interference ability, performing reliably in industrial, surveillance and complex EMI working environments. The integrated magnetics transformer and filter effectively eliminate signal crosstalk, high-frequency noise and RF interference, simplifying PCB layout and reducing the quantity of extra discrete peripheral components. Dual LED lights provide intuitive real-time operation feedback: green LED indicates successful physical link connection, yellow LED flickers to signal ongoing data transmission activity.
Vertical through-hole DIP pins deliver powerful mechanical solder retention force, fully compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production assembly lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell realizes comprehensive EMI shielding protection. All internal contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze substrate with thick gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding wear resistance, anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life.
This vertical DIP 100Mbps RJ45 socket is widely applied to industrial control circuit boards, security surveillance devices, POS payment terminals, IoT gateway modules, small fast ethernet switches, embedded communication equipment and factory automation hardware.
