QITDA shielded horizontal RJ45 female socket adopts standard 8P8C Ethernet pin configuration, full nickel-plated metal shield housing for strong EMI interference suppression. This is an empty internal cavity design with no pre-installed isolation transformer, EMI magnetic filters and link/activity LED lights. The hollow interior reserves space for clients to mount self-selected gigabit or fast Ethernet transformers according to circuit, PoE power and cost plans.
Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins match automatic wave soldering production lines perfectly. Metal shield shell blocks external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk, stabilizing long-distance data transmission. Contact pins are phosphor bronze with thick gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance for long plug cycle lifespan.
Multiple customizable items are available: pin length, inner plastic color, shell thickness, cavity size and pin assignment. The product meets ISO9001 quality standard and RoHS environmental compliance. Widely applied to custom switch boards, industrial control PCBs, PoE network equipment, embedded communication modules and low-noise industrial terminals.
