QITDA H10.5 ultra-thin RJ50 full SMT connector adopts all high-temperature resistant engineering plastic unshielded housing, fixed 10P10C full pin configuration (8 Ethernet signal pins + 2 extra expansion pins for PoE power supply or auxiliary signal transmission). The vertical body height is only 10.5mm, belonging to ultra-low profile slim structure. It is empty internal cavity design without built-in pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and link/activity LED lights, reserved inner space for customers to assemble gigabit/fast Ethernet magnetic components according to circuit design requirements.
H10.5 ultra-slim size greatly reduces the stacking thickness of finished devices, widely applied to ultra-thin POS terminals, flat IoT smart modules, slim portable testing equipment, household communication hardware and low-interference embedded control boards. Horizontal full surface-mount pin layout fully matches automatic reflow soldering mass production lines; positioning metal tabs ensure stable attachment and prevent component offset during soldering.
Contact terminals are made of phosphor bronze with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, strong anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life. The full-plastic unshielded design delivers obvious cost advantages for working environments without strong electromagnetic interference. Multiple derivative models can be customized on demand.
