QITDA recessed sink-board horizontal full SMT shielded RJ45 connector adopts PCB sunken embedded structure with standard 8P8C Ethernet signal pins. It is an empty internal cavity design without pre-installed pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and link/activity LED lights, reserving inner space for customers to match gigabit or fast Ethernet magnetic modules according to circuit bandwidth and PoE power demands.
The sink-board structure embeds part of the connector body into PCB cutout, effectively lowering the overall stacking height of finished equipment, perfectly suited for ultra-thin POS terminals, slim industrial control PCBs, flat IoT gateways, portable communication devices and low-profile embedded network modules. Horizontal full surface-mount pins fully support automatic reflow soldering mass production; integrated positioning bumps prevent component offset during high-temperature soldering to stabilize welding yield.
Full nickel-plated metal shielding housing delivers comprehensive EMI anti-interference performance, blocking external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable long-distance data transmission. All contact terminals use phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, superior anti-oxidation performance and extended plug cycle service life.
Customizable parameters include sink depth, pin dimension, positioning bump size and pinout definition. The product passes ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
