QITDA ultra-thin recessed sink-board RJ45 SMT connector adopts low-profile sink structure and special mushroom-shaped positioning feet, standard 8P8C ethernet pinout. It is empty internal shell without built-in pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and link/activity LED, reserved inner cavity for customers to match gigabit/fast ethernet magnetic modules as per circuit design.
Unique mushroom positioning feet provide larger contact area with PCB pads, delivering stronger soldering adhesion, effectively preventing tilt, shift or floating during high-temperature reflow soldering, greatly improving production yield and soldering stability. Recessed sink-board design embeds part of the connector body into PCB cutout, drastically lowering overall equipment height, ideal for ultra-thin POS machines, slim industrial control boards, flat IoT gateways, portable communication devices and low-profile embedded network modules.
Horizontal full SMT surface mount design fully adapts automatic reflow soldering mass production lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding housing offers complete EMI isolation, suppressing external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk for stable long-distance data transmission. All contact terminals use phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding wear resistance, anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life.
Customizable options include sink depth, mushroom foot size, pin length, shell thickness and pin assignment adjustment. The product passes ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
