QITDA 10P8C 100Mbps RJ45 shielded ethernet connector adopts vertical DIP through-hole pin structure, built-in pulse transformer and EMI filter circuit, equipped with dual green-yellow link & activity indicator LEDs. It fully meets IEEE802.3 100BASE-TX fast ethernet standards for reliable 100Mbps network signal transmission.
The 10P8C pin layout reserves extra grounding pins for enhanced anti-interference performance, which is more stable than standard 8P8C ports in harsh industrial electromagnetic environments. Integrated magnetics transformer and filter effectively eliminate signal crosstalk, noise and RF interference, simplifying PCB circuit design and reducing auxiliary component usage. Dual LED lights provide real-time visual feedback: green for physical link connection, yellow for data transmission activity.
Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell offers comprehensive EMI shielding. DIP through-hole pins deliver strong mechanical soldering stability, perfectly compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production lines. Internal contact terminals are phosphor bronze with thick gold plating, boasting ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding wear resistance and long plug cycle service life.
This DIP 10P8C RJ45 port is widely applied to industrial control motherboards, security surveillance equipment, POS payment terminals, IoT gateways, small fast ethernet switches, embedded communication modules and factory automation devices.
