Operating Instructions
Before using this equipment, users are advised to read this user manual carefully to understand and become familiar with its usage and technical specifications.
How to use
Please connect the air hose according to the corresponding markings on the equipment and its accessories.
Turn on the air supply. At this time, the clamps should be in the open position before crimping.
Slowly press the foot pedal valve to run the machine at low speed to check the installation of the clamps. The opening distance can be adjusted to the required distance using the adjustment knob for convenient and quick crimping!
The positioner is designed to fit specific terminals and can be adjusted by the customer. For special needs, the terminal supplier can adjust the positioner according to the terminals.
Place the terminal to be crimped in the corresponding clamp position, press the foot pedal air valve, and release the air valve after crimping is complete.
The crimping speed can be manually controlled according to the speed when the air valve is stepped on, or it can be adjusted by selecting a pipe fitting with a throttle valve.
