1. Machine optimization and matching technology
Globally optimized design of the whole machine, comprehensive optimization of the crane boom, turntable and frame, coordinated design of the whole machine and components, making the layout more reasonable, under the condition of the same vehicle weight, the lifting performance is 5 ~ 15% ahead of similar products.
2. The world's first, new single-cylinder latch pin telescopic system
The 50-ton crane's five-section telescopic boom was broken, and the 50-ton product was raised to 6-section boom, with the boom length extended to 50 meters.
3. Original design of large load single wishbone independent suspension system
The left and right wheels move independently and adapt to the ground road conditions. Compared with the conventional integrated axle, the vehicle's handling performance at high-speed corners is increased by 15%. Take the 100-ton all-ground product equipped with this technology as an example. Compared with conventional products, the maximum ground clearance is increased from 300mm to 500mm, and the comprehensive off-road capability of the product is increased by more than 20% compared with conventional products.
4. Newly-developed single-engine power technology for large-tonnage cranes
It breaks through the traditional hydraulic power transmission method and transmits the chassis power to the car through the mechanical transmission shaft. The whole machine uses only one engine system, which optimizes the distribution of the weight of the power on the vehicle. The overall layout is more reasonable. Compared with the conventional dual power system products, the lifting performance is increased by 15%. Only one engine system is required for the chassis. Perform maintenance and save more than 40% of annual maintenance costs.
5. Dual power driving technology
During heavy-load transfer, the loading engine power is introduced into the drop-off to match the special hydraulic reducer independently developed by XCMG. Its output torque is 3 times higher than that of the traditional dual-power method, especially in the heavy-duty product wind power transfer. Under working conditions, the climbing ability is increased from the original 20% to more than 30%, which greatly improves the product's ability to transfer under heavy load.
