● XL2503 Soil Stabilizer uses Weichai WP12 series electronic injection engine, which has low fuel consumption and strong power; the equipped display can read various data, and also has advanced functions such as engine fault diagnosis and fault alarm.
● The transmission system adopts an engine + transfer case structure. The transfer case is connected to the rotor pump, walking pump and auxiliary pump, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
● The working rotor adopts new forged tool holders with positioning pins and high wear-resistant tools, welded by special machines, and the tool bar positioning is more accurate; high-speed motor and reducer drive rotation, effectively improve the linear speed of the tool tip and reduce the cutting vibration during work .
● Traveling system: front axle steering, rear axle driving, the drive axle has two gears, high-speed for walking, low-speed for work. The low-pressure, wide-base and deep-patterned herringbone tires installed on the drive axle have the characteristics of large adhesion and strong anti-skid ability.
● The brake system adopts air brake, with hand brake and foot brake. Hand brake is used for parking brake and foot brake is used for service brake, which is safe and reliable.
● The XL2503 Soil Stabilizer cab adopts a wide-body structure, is equipped with dual-purpose air-conditioning, and is equipped with fan devices, MP3 and radio devices, and is comfortable to operate.
● The lighting system is fully equipped. When working at night, the rear of the machine, the bridge, the working edge, and the front of the machine have good lighting.
