Product Description
(1) Engine
Equipped with Weichai National III water-cooled engine, with large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.
(2) Hydraulic walking drive system
The single-pump dual-motor closed hydraulic drive system composed of electronically controlled proportional pump, dual variable motor and long-life reducer realizes full driving of the front and rear wheels, ensuring the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability. Four-speed stepless speed change ensures that the work is performed at the most appropriate speed under different working conditions.
(3) Transmission system
The domestic heavy-duty drive axle has strong bearing capacity and high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum traction under various working conditions. Equipped with 20-layer rock tires, wear resistance, especially suitable for rock compaction.
(4) Hydraulic vibration system
Double-frequency, double-amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and different thickness of pavement.
(5) Vibration wheel
The vibration wheel is the core component of the vibration roller.
The vibrating wheel adopts the structure of a four-point support cylinder type vibration chamber, and the long-life vibrating wheel design technology and the "three-in-one" extreme equalization technology are adopted. According to the compaction requirements of the dam, the various components in the vibration wheel of this product are further adapted to enhance the compaction capacity of the dam's ultra-thick pavement rocks.
6) Electrical system
The whole machine adopts the most advanced CAN BUS control system in the world, with fault self-diagnosis function, soft start and stop of the vehicle, and more comfortable control system. The GPS remote intelligent management platform is configured to realize the whole machine positioning, remote lock / unlock, and remote real-time recording and viewing of the machine parameters.
(7) Chinese Dragon Appearance
The distinctive appearance of the "Chinese Dragon" is more international.
