1. Upper bag section
Place the bags in the correct direction. It can be stacked about 50 bags or so.
2. Adsorption section
Take out one bag each time and turn it 90 degrees to the discharge port.
3. Bag clamping section
Clamp both ends of the bag. The bag clamping width is 30mm and it is equipped with a bag clamping detection function.
4. Opening part
The bag opening is opened by a vacuum suction cup. The vacuum source adopts a vacuum generator (dry and wet vacuum can also be selected)

5. Filling section
The expansion material door can smoothly fill the products.
6. Weighing department
Three load cells are respectively hoisted at the bag-clamping and filling sections. It can perform automatic empty-bag operation

7. Trolley, bag bottom patching
At the beginning of filling, the trolley from the fixed position to one side of the hopper can be moved to tap the bottom of the bag
It lifts the bottom of the bag and promotes filling.
8. Plastic Surgery Department
After the bag is loosened, the pressure rod on the hopper side and the clamping rod on the trolley side hold the bag opening for shaping.
9. Bag carrying section
After shaping, use a bag clamp to clip the bag opening. The trolley conveys the full bags to the bag sewing section.
10. Sewing Department
After the detection switch detects the full bag on the trolley, sewing begins. At the same time, hold the bag and loosen it
Open the bag.
11. Discharge
The trolley moves to a fixed position and stops. It is lifted on one side and discharged with a full bag of inclined plates

Bag warehouse

Each bag warehouse can store 300 to 500 woven bags at a time.
