BCSTE-FF Food Factory Sewage Treatment Equipment

Food factory sewage is complex: high organics (sugars, fats, proteins), starch, emulsified oils, additives, and pH swings. Unlike general wastewater, it needs systems meeting strict environmental and food safety standards to avoid cross-contamination. Our equipment, built for this, blends food expertise and tech to protect the environment and production.

1. Core Tech for Food-Specific Waste


A multi-stage process targets key contaminants:

  • Pre-Treatment:

    Heated grease trap (45-50℃) removes 95%+ free fats; DAF cuts SS by 90%+ to prevent overload. Enzymatic tanks break starch into biodegradable sugars, boosting treatment.
  • Biological Treatment:

    CSTR + MBBR handles high-organic shocks; specialized bacteria achieve >96% COD and >98% BOD removal. Auto pH buffering stabilizes conditions (6.5-8.0) for bacteria.
  • Polishing:

    Activated carbon removes 90%+ residuals (colorants, additives). UV disinfection reduces bacteria to <10 CFU/100mL, enabling reuse (washing, irrigation).
