This vehicle belongs to epidemic prevention disinfection sprinkler truck.It runs on diesel fuel and meets China National VI emission standard GB17691-2018. The truck is designed with 3 axles, wheelbase at 4375mm plus 1350mm, maximum design speed reaches 95 km/h, and the cab can hold 2 to 3 passengers.
Gross vehicle weight is 25000 kg. The curb weight of the whole vehicle is 10580 kg, and the rated payload mass has two optional configurations, 14225 kg and 14290 kg respectively.
Four optional overall lengths are available: 10000mm, 10450mm, 10500mm and 10950mm. The fixed overall width is 2550mm, and two alternative overall heights are 3000mm and 3200mm.
The vehicle is equipped with semi-high roof X6 cab with 2220mm width. The driver seat is air suspension shock absorption seat. Standard electrical configurations include power windows, central door lock, air conditioner, 4.3-inch color LCD dashboard, Bluetooth radio and BD vehicle positioning terminal. The suspension system is mechanical front suspension matched with mechanical rear suspension, and the cab supports manual tipping structure. It is fitted with split rod rearview mirrors and halogen front headlights.
The matched engine model is YCS06245-60A. It is an inline 6-cylinder water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with total displacement of 6.234 liters. The rated power is 180 kilowatts (245 horsepower) at rated speed 2300 revolutions per minute. The maximum output torque is 950 newton meters within the speed range of 1200 to 1600 revolutions per minute.
The water tank is made of anti-corrosion carbon steel with optional volume between 14 cubic meters and 15 cubic meters. It is equipped with high-pressure centrifugal disinfection pump as core power component. The spraying system integrates front flushing nozzle, side watering nozzle, rear sprinkler and long-range fog cannon for epidemic disinfection operation. The equipment supports disinfectant liquid dilution and continuous high-pressure atomization sterilization work. Two control modes are provided, electric control inside the cab and manual control at the rear working platform. The tank body adopts full sealing anti-leakage structure, equipped with overflow prevention alarm device.
