The BIOCLEAN TEC road sweeper is built on a Class II chassis and equipped with a dedicated sub-frame, a high-capacity debris hopper, an auxiliary engine, a high-pressure blower, and a fully integrated sweeping system-making it ideal for municipal street cleaning. The twin rotary brushes are mounted between the front and rear axles, with the suction nozzle positioned just behind the rear axle. Each brush assembly is symmetrically installed on either side of the chassis and features hydraulically controlled ground-pressure adjustment for consistent sweeping performance. An automatic wear-compensation mechanism keeps brush bristles at optimal length, while an onboard water-spray system suppresses dust at the brush heads during operation.

The large-capacity debris hopper reduces the need for frequent dumping, while also incorporating water sprinkling and dust suppression features during sweeping operations. This ensures that the entire cleaning process remains environmentally friendly, with minimal dust emissions, and significantly reduces the impact on the surrounding neighborhood, providing a cleaner and quieter working environment.

Four symmetrically mounted, high-durability side sweeping discs, working in tandem with a powerful rear suction nozzle, efficiently and thoroughly remove all types of road debris, dust, and rubbish, ensuring superior sweeping performance and significantly reducing both labor and maintenance costs, operational downtime and service requirements.
