Product Information:
A fecal suction truck has a vacuum system with a liquid tank, vacuum pump, water-gas separator and four-way valve. The vacuum pump gets power from the gearbox’s power take-off. As its
blades rotate eccentrically, air is removed from the tank to create negative pressure, sucking in liquid via atmospheric pressure difference.
During operation, humid air in the tank first goes to the water-gas separator for water separation. Then gas mixes with oil in the pump and is ejected, filtered and released. Once vacuum
forms, sewage is drawn in. For discharge, the four-way valve changes airflow direction, and the pump forces air in to push out the liquid.
