PROFILE
Twin horizontal shafts mixer is a new main designed by ourselves on the basis of absorbing advanced
foreign techniques and used to mix dry hardness, half dry hardness, plastic materials and concrete of
different batching ratio to meet the requirement of different construction conditions. They are widely used
as the matched main machine of concrete plant. JS500 mixer can be used separately.
Performance Features:
Arc lining board adopts high chromium wearproof cast iron and end lining board adopts high manganese
wear- proof cast steel. The high wear-proof ability can greatly improve the service life of main machine.
Adopted bolts for fixing, the change and adjustment of the lining board will be more convenient and fast.
Shaft and sealing adopts multi-layer sealing device with good leakage-proof.

high productivity, low power consumption and low noise. It suits to mix the dry hard, half dry hard, plastic
and other recipes of concrete.
1. Introduction of concrete mixer machine Visbull JS series concrete mixer is twin shaft compulsory mixer.
Not only it can work independently, but also it can work with PLD series aggregate batcher to make a
simple concrete plant or is adopted as the mixer in the high-end concrete batching plant.

3. Details of Concrete Mixer Machine
3.1 Mixing Device
Adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel, which has the best torsion bent strength,
so it prolongs the service time.
3.2 Four-layer Sealing Protection
Effectively prevent cement and slurry entering into shaft heads, therefore, it prolongs the service life of
the mixer.
3.3 Hydraulic Discharge System
Adopt advanced hydraulic driving device, providing strong driving force, avoiding pneumatic discharge
can’t discharge smoothly because of pneumatic shortage or weak driving force.
3.4 Electric Lubrication System
It supplies oil to four shaft heads respectively with four pump cores, without by-pass valve, so that it
avoids blocking in by-pass valve, furthermore, it reduces the maintenance load.
