2. Melting the paint:
- Thermoplastic paint needs to be heated to a molten state. This is usually done using a specialized thermoplastic paint melting kettle. The paint is heated to a temperature typically between 180 - 220 degrees Celsius (the exact temperature may vary depending on the product specifications) until it becomes a smooth, fluid consistency.
3. Application:

The operator pours the molten paint in front of the squeegee and then drags it along the marked path to create a smooth, even line of the desired width. 4. Drying and curing:
