Relief-Contour Polishing
CNC 5-axis contour tracking: The polishing head precisely follows the relief surface, treating pattern ridges, recesses, and textured zones individually—polishing convex areas to a high gloss while preserving texture in concave areas, ensuring distinct visual depth.
Zonal processing strategy: On a single panel, the outer frame receives a mirror finish, the relief area a satin finish, and recessed areas retain their original texture—switching between zones within a single program while maintaining crisp, well-defined transition lines.
Force-Controlled Shape Preservation
Thin-wall protection: Door trim panels are typically thin-walled castings (1-2 mm); real-time force-controlled pressure adjustment prevents warping, edge collapse, or deformation.
Edge sharpness: Pressure automatically tapers off at ridges to prevent rounding of relief edges—"Edge-Sharp" is the machine's promise.
Batch Consistency
Programmed production: Every panel uses the same program and parameters, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency that is indistinguishable to the naked eye.
