Can the machine polish lead-free brass without over-polishing the softer alloy?
Yes - force control is material-aware. Lead-free and low-lead brass get lighter pressure and slower passes with a dedicated pressure profile, while standard H59/H62 runs higher stock removal. The mirror appears without thinning the wall or burning the alloy; we validate with a sample piece first.
What Ra can you guarantee before chrome plating?
