The Edge Rounding Robotic Deburring and Polishing Machine for Car Axles is developed for automotive component manufacturers that need controlled burr removal and edge refinement on axle parts.
After machining, forging, cutting, or other manufacturing processes, axle components may contain sharp edges and residual burrs. The robotic system follows programmed processing areas to create smoother edge transitions and prepare parts for subsequent cleaning, coating, assembly, or inspection.
Simply removing a burr may not be enough for automotive components. Certain areas may require a defined edge transition rather than an uncontrolled sharp corner.
