6-Axis Industrial Robot Arm
High-payload, high-repeatability robot (±0.05mm) that guides the polishing head along the full profile geometry. Compatible with leading robot brands (ABB / KUKA / Yaskawa / Estun — configurable).
Multi-Station Polishing Head
2-4 independent polishing stations, each driven by a 4-15kW motor. Configure any combination of contact wheels, buffing wheels, and abrasive belts to achieve the exact finish grade required — from coarse cut to mirror polish.
Profile Feeding & Holding System
Servo-driven infeed and outfeed conveyors with precision clamping hold long extrusions rigidly, preventing vibration marks and edge rounding. Handles lengths up to 6,000mm and profile weights up to 30kg/m.
PLC + HMI Control
Intuitive touchscreen control with pre-loaded process recipes. Operators select the profile and finish grade, and the machine does the rest. Parameters are locked to prevent unauthorized changes that cause quality drift.
