The battery is a sealed, non-spillable, lead-gel stand-by battery for emergency and safety power applications of a robot controller. There are 2 batteries in the cabinet. The battery blocks must both be exchanged together. It is recommended to exchange the batteries every 2 years. In order to avoid exhaustive discharge and destruction of the batteries, the connection on the battery must be disconnected during storage, transportation and/or shipping (discharge protection). The batteries must be charged regularly depending on the storage temperature. If the storage temperature is +20 °C or lower, recharge the batteries every 9 months. If the storage temperature is between +20 °C and +30 °C, recharge the batteries every 6 months. If the storage temperature is between +30 °C and +40 °C, recharge the batteries every 3 months.
