This customized heavy duty robot linear rail is built around the GBS-01 modular platform in W500 to W5000 lengths to match the exact stroke of a production cell. It carries a 500kg payload at 100-1250mm/s with 1000mm/s2 acceleration and +/-0.05mm repeat positioning, and it is engineered to integrate with KUKA, FANUC and YASKAWA arms as an external seventh axis. OEM customization covers stroke, mounting and drive configuration.
The rail uses a machined, stress-relieved steel body so the guide and drive surfaces stay straight across the full travel. A three phase 380V supply drives the axis, and a 1:10 reduction unit provides the torque needed for heavy duty motion. The rail is recommended for robots with an arm reach within 2000mm, giving a stable, repeatable platform for welding, handling and machine tending where a fixed arm cannot cover the whole line.
Because it is built on the modular GBS-01 platform, this heavy duty robot linear rail can be configured from W500 up to W5000 and beyond to match an exact cell footprint. We confirm payload, robot model, required stroke and duty cycle, then select the drive and reduction ratio accordingly. Adjustable ground plates, clear origin referencing and standard guide, rack and drag-chain parts keep installation and servicing simple. Compatible with KUKA, FANUC and YASKAWA controllers, the rail lets one arm cover a long line for welding, handling and machine tending. Share your cell layout and we will size the stroke and drive for you. OEM lengths are welcome.
Can the rail be made to a custom length?
Yes. The GBS-01 platform is offered from W500 to W5000 and can be customized further for a specific stroke.
