The CNGBS GBS-01-W1500 is a hardened linear guide rail built as the 7th axis for medium-to-heavy industrial robots. Its steel body is welded, annealed for stress relief and shot-blasted before the guide, rack and spline mounting faces are machined, giving a dimensionally stable track that keeps +/-0.05mm repeat positioning along strokes of 3m, 6m or 12m. A 1500kg payload rating lets one robot track carry large welding torches, grippers and workpieces without compromising rigidity.
The carriage rides on hardened linear guides driven by a precision reduction unit, running at 100-1500mm/s with 1000mm/s2 acceleration. IP54 protection covers the rail in typical welding and palletizing environments where spatter, dust and coolant are present. Centralised lubrication, adjustable ground connecting plates and a drag-chain cable path make the hardened linear guide rail straightforward to install, align and maintain in continuous production.
The hardened linear guide rail is supplied as a modular kit built from 3m, 6m and 12m sections that can be combined or trimmed to the required stroke. During planning we confirm payload, robot model and cycle time, then match the drive and reduction ratio to the duty. Adjustable ground connecting plates simplify levelling, and the origin mark with dual side scales speeds referencing. Because guide blocks, racks, drag chains, hard limits and elastic buffers are standard parts, spares are easy to source, so a welding or palletizing cell can stay productive across a long service life.
