6kg Payload and 500mm Reach in a 4-Axis SCARA Format: The iER6-500-SR handles a maximum payload of 6 kg, which covers small parts, fixtures and end-effectors used in electronics and light assembly. Its 500 mm reach is formed by a 225 mm first arm and a 275 mm second arm, giving a wide working area for a machine of this size. Because the arm moves in a horizontal plane, it suits flat pick-and-place layouts better than a general six-axis arm. The body weighs only 18 kg, so it can be mounted on a bench, a small frame or an existing machine base.
Repeatability of ±0.02 mm with a 7050 mm/s Combined Speed: Position repeatability is ±0.02 mm on joints 1 and 2, ±0.01 mm on the vertical axis and ±0.01° on the rotation axis. The combined speed of joints 1 and 2 reaches 7050 mm/s, with 1130 mm/s on the vertical axis and 2300°/s on the rotation axis. This combination keeps cycle times short in repetitive placement work such as component insertion and tray loading. Tight repeatability means the same position is reached cycle after cycle, which reduces scrap in small-part handling.
Compact Controller and Straightforward Electrical Integration: The robot is driven by the ESTUN ERC series compact control cabinet, which measures 440 x 330 x 102 mm and weighs 9.5 kg. It runs on single-phase AC 220V~240V at 50/60Hz, so it does not require a three-phase supply on site. The cabinet provides 14 user digital inputs and 13 digital outputs plus safety I/O for emergency stop and safety door signals. A 7-inch teach pendant with Ethernet connection is available for setup and jogging.
