Product Description

Rock fiber panel designed as permanent formwork for cast-in-place concrete systems in prefabricated buildings. Manufactured from igneous rock mineral fibers through processes of defibering, mixing, laying, and hot pressing. Used as permanent bottom formwork for cast-in-place floors, shear walls, and retaining walls, it remains in place after concrete pouring and directly composites with concrete for load bearing. Meets requirements for prefabricated permanent formwork standard.

Applications

Permanent formwork systems for cast-in-place concrete floors, composite slab base layers, shear walls, retaining walls, bridge decks, and industrial floor slabs in prefabricated concrete structures.
