This product is specifically designed for ecological restoration of high-steep rocky slopes. Made from hydrophilic rock wool mat rolled into a cylindrical rod shape. During installation, the rock wool rods are inserted under the wire mesh fixed on the slope at certain intervals and fastened to the rock surface with binding wires or anchors. Hydraulic seeding or soil spraying is then applied.

Rolled Rod Shape for Easy Installation
Made from hydrophilic rock wool mat rolled into a flexible rod that conforms to irregular rock surfaces. During installation, the rod is simply inserted under the wire mesh and fastened with binding wire—no special tools required, high efficiency.
Ultra-High Water Holding Capacity
Saturated water absorption ≥900%, acting as a micro "water reservoir" on the rock face, significantly improving seed survival rates in hydroseeding.
Elastic Support Prevents Substrate Slipping
The rod creates an elastic spacer between the wire mesh and the rock surface, allowing the mesh to conform closely without crushing the substrate. The sprayed medium can fill the space behind the mesh, reducing gravity-induced slippage—especially suitable for steep slopes.
Aids Root Penetration and Anchorage
The three-dimensional open-pore structure of the rod provides pathways for plant roots, allowing grasses and shrubs to extend along the rod into micro-cracks of the rock surface, achieving "biological anchoring".
Environmentally Durable
As an inorganic material, the rod resists acid, alkali, freeze-thaw cycles, and has a service life ≥10 years. After disposal, it naturally weathers without secondary pollution, meeting green mine requirements.
