Bendable Aluminum Spacer Bars
Bendable aluminum spacer bars feature back welding and are automatically manufactured due to their mechanical properties. Thanks to the alloy material and special temper technology, the corners are smooth and well-formed without any cracks.
Standard Aluminum Spacer Bars
Standard aluminum spacer bars are high-frequency welded spacers with thin wall thicknesses. As they do not require bending, special aluminum alloys are used for improved hardness and strength.
The remaining spacer bar can be connected with steel straight connectors. With a beautiful appearance and reasonable price, it is an excellent alternative to cold-drawn aluminum spacer bars.
Colored Aluminum Spacer Bars
Colored aluminum spacer bars are produced using a new technique. After painting the bars, they are sent to a high-temperature oven to bake for approximately 6-8 hours. This process ensures that the color of the aluminum spacer bar is more permanent and does not shed or fade after years of use.
