All KSQ' bits are computer aided designed and engineered, CNC manufactured and multiple heat-treated, to extend the product life for maximum wear and performance in the toughest of drilling conditions. Moreover, they are produced from premium steels and fitted with tips made from high quality tungsten carbide for superior penetration while maintaining high cleaning action at the face of the bit, to ensure maximum service life and impact strength. In addition, we have available full range of skirt shapes, front designs and cutting structures configuration for various rock formation as well as different penetration need.
The combination of good design, excellent manufacturing techniques, exact heat treatments, high quality steels and special grade carbides, KSQ yield optimum drill bits capable of performing well in all kind of drilling conditions from soft to the toughest.
How to choose the bit tooth type:
Spherical buttons: The height of exposed teeth is low, mainly used in the very hard rock formation above F14, to improve wear resistance, to prevent the situation of debris, it should take lower drilling speed.
Ballistic buttons: It can expose more height of buttons, mainly used in soft rock and ordinary rock below F12, with quicker drilling speed, but encountered hard rock, very easily to happen buttons debris phenomenon.
