Application
CSD400A 6 x 4 SINOTRUK HOWO truck mounted water well drilling rigs is very flexible in difficult roads and can be widely used in many fields such as resource exploration of hydrology wells, coalbed methane, shallow layer of shale gas, terrestrial heat, etc, and can also be used for coal-mine gas exploitationor salvage work.
The top driving head principal shaft has a great drift diameter, suitable for many kinds of construction work such as slurry drilling, air drilling, and air foam drilling, meeting the demands for well-drilling at different terrain strata.
Characteristics
1. Large displacement hydraulic pump, which is driven by 93KW YUCHAI engine, provides strong power and stable performance; air filter ,which includes three level filtering can effectively protect the engine in harsh working conditions
2. All the controlling functions are combined in control console, which provides easy manipulation; operator can stand on the pedal plate which has enough space.
3. Turn-around machine can output two-gear speed and two torques, i.e. low speed high torque, and high speed low torque, so that the drill can adapt to different conditions and apertures.
4. Unscrew type centering device is divided into two parts, the lateral part adopts pin shaft hinged, hand unscrew ,which provides vast working space above the aperture, and dust-proof covers guarantee the clean working environment.
5. Tool hoist system is composed of hydraulic winch, rotating frame ,wire rope(40meters) and hook components etc. Its lifting height can reach 8 meters, which can easily lift goods within 1.5tons.
