Application
This DTH drill pipe, the shortened form of down the hole drill pipe, is a kind of outer flat drill rod. It is mainly used in rotary percussive drilling that contains gases and liquids. Its main components include pipe (rod) body and joint.
Our down the hole drill pipe is manufactured based on the API standards. And according to specific requirements, we also provide this kind of TH drill pipe in different Chinese and American specifications.
Characteristics
1. We adopts famous domestic large steel enterprises production of material to produce drill pipe, and heat treatment of materials by using an integrated multi-processing furnace, professional CNC machining was applied in all of the connection thread processing, all the threads are configured thread gauge, which are in accordance with international standard, Internal thickening technology has carrued on the tempering process after friction welding, so the processing quality of drill pipe is stable, reliable, use cycle greatly extended. We can process different length, diameter and wall thickness and material of API standard thread rod, we also can design and manufacture drill pipe according to customers' requirement of the material, length, wall thicknessa and connection thread.
2. Our drill rods are of the highest quality ,are manufactured to exacting specifications using advancing maching technoogy.
3. They are manufactured from seamless steel tube by cold drawn.The material which meets the global standard.
