CRD1000 Full Hydraulic RC & Core Drilling Rig is a compact and high-efficiency drilling rig specially designed for geological exploration in remote and hard-to-access areas.
The rig is mainly suitable for reverse circulation (RC) drilling and diamond core drilling with wireline coring technology. It consists of a diesel power unit, hydraulic system, centralized control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feeding system, foot clamp and other key components.
All drilling functions are fully hydraulic driven, ensuring smooth operation, precise control and high reliability. The modular split (fission) design allows easy assembly and disassembly, making transportation and installation convenient even in the most inaccessible terrains.
With a robust structure and accurate control system, the CRD1000 delivers high penetration rate, stable performance and excellent adaptability to complicated geological conditions. The rig can operate in unconsolidated layers, with drilling cuttings discharged by mud circulation, making it ideal for complex formations.
