Product Description

With our comprehensive product line, you can find the exact configuration to integrate into your drilling operation. Our tapered bit and rods come in a variety of taper angles, and we provide tapered rods in a full range of shank configurations and steel hex diameters. Our tapered bits include both cross and button designs, as well as chisel design. KSQ tapered rods are available with high-frequency or fully carburized heat treatments.
Taper button bit
Comparing with taper chisel bits and taper cross bits, button bits has higher technology, much longer primary drilling time and higher drilling efficiency, so that the button bit is popular among the users.
According to the tungsten carbide insert, tapered button bits can be divided into the types of hemispherical button, conical button and parabolic button, etc.
Button bits with hemispherical button is for high bearing capacity and abrasive resistance while conical button and parabolic button are for high drilling speed and low abrasive resistance.
