Product properties

Composed of two layers of fireproof shade faces,at an interval of about equal t or greater than 250mm air layer.Taking advantage of the good thermal insulation of the air,enhances the heat insulation of the rolling shutter.It owns the good properties of light weight,nice function and cost effective and so on. The product fire-rated time is up to 3hrs,the average speed of the electric opening and closing is 2m/min to 7.5m/min with two step closure properties and temperature control release properties.Curtain plate is made of dual rail inorganic fire-retardant fabri with the accessories of transmision device,fireproof electric rolling door machine,fire control box,and freestanding temperature detector etc. This type fire roller shutter with no need for water curtain protection,will greatly reduce the investment of water supply system, and greatly saving water.It also has good characteristics of smoke and anti-corrosion,anti-acid and alkali,anti-aging,light weight and lower price etc.No deformation in case of fire,the structure is simple ,easy to install and son on. Applicable in the industrial and civil buildings in the conditons of when it is determined by the shutter back fire surface temperature(the average temperature rise less than or equal to 140℃,the highest temperature rise is less than or equal to 180℃),and whose refractory limit time is equal to or more than 3Hrs.Especially suitalbe for fire partition places where it is not suitable for automatic spraying system.
