Product Description
This production line (shot blasting) is mainly used for steel plate shot blasting, rust removal and painting, cleaning of structural parts and cleaning of oxide scale. In addition, the production line (shot blasting) is also used to clean the oxide scale and residual coating of other metal parts.
The equipment is a complete brand new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories) produced by our company. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, durable, reasonable structure design, easy to operate, easy to maintenance and low operating cost.
The whole equipment includes shot blasting room, front and rear auxiliary room, spray paint and drying system, abrasive control unit, shot blasting system, abrasive recycling, sorting and storage system, abrasive blowing unit, ventilation and dust removal system, roller conveying system, electrical control system, maintenance platform, safety system, etc. Mechanical and electrical systems shall be equipped with reliable safety protection devices. Shot blasting equipment meets the relevant standards, certification and requirements of European Union CE, German TUV, and France BV.

Process Flow
Paint spray pump system
The paint spraying system is composed of a high-pressure airless paint spraying pump, a pneumatic agitator, a paint filter and pipelines, etc. It is installed in the paint pump room (paint mixing room), and the paint spraying pump system is connected to the paint spraying room by the pipeline. There is a paint mixing drum in the paint pump room, and a fixed pneumatic agitator is installed on the upper cover. And is equipped with a manual mixer to facilitate the needs of small-volume spray paint.
Drying room.
The drying chamber adopts the principle of hot air circulation drying, which is heated by natural gas to generate heat through heat exchange. After the steel plate is dried in the drying room, the surface paint film can reach the finger dry state.
