Our custom power distribution panels are fabricated using heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant enclosures combined with multi-stage electrical overload protection systems. Custom busbar configurations and industrial-grade thermal dissipation designs ensure continuous power delivery to critical port assets including STS (Ship-to-Shore) cranes, RTG (Rubber-Tyred Gantry) cranes, reefers, and dockside automation terminals.

Internal busbars are fully tinned to prevent galvanic corrosion at contact points.
Yes. Every panel is custom fabricated. Our engineering team provides full 3D CAD modeling to adjust enclosure dimensions, cable entry positions (top, bottom, or side), mounting configurations (floor-standing, wall-mounted, or frame-mounted), and door swing radiuses according to your site dimensions.
The panels incorporate intelligent electronic circuit breakers featuring adjustable LSIG trip curves. Short-time delay parameters (I²t) can be calibrated to accommodate motor inrush currents during startup without compromising protection against actual short-circuit or sustained thermal overload events.
Each custom panel undergoes factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment. Tests include dielectric voltage withstand test, insulation resistance testing, primary/secondary current injection testing for protection relays, enclosure IP seal verification, and full busbar torque verification according to IEC 61439 standards. Complete test reports are supplied with the documentation package.
