Waterproofing is maintained through a CNC automated foam-in-place polyurethane (PU) sealing gasket applied directly to the door interior. Unlike standard glued rubber strips that degrade, crack, or peel over time, this continuous, seamless rubber strip maintains its high elasticity and memory, ensuring a perfect, airtight seal even after thousands of opening and closing cycles.
With a thickened steel body design, the JXF distribution box is built to withstand physical shocks and heavy vibrations common in mining, construction, and heavy manufacturing zones. The internal structural framework prevents warping, ensuring door alignment and sealing performance remain intact for decades.
