The production process

Features of single screw granulator
1. The single screw granulator has a set of mixing, lifting, feeding, extrusion, air-cooled hot particle, air-cooling cooling in one, to achieve automatic continuous operation, such a single screw granulator production efficiency is high;
2. The single screw granulator has the characteristics of dense mixing, feeding and extrusion section, which can adopt electric heating or steam heating or hot oil circulating heating technology according to customers' choice.
3. Mixing machine adopts the technology of "four-prism synchronous wear-resisting mixing chamber", with high efficiency, low energy consumption, full plasticization and even dispersion;
4. The feeding device adopts the unique technology of our company, which can assist the mixing of mixed materials, and force the feeding of single-screw extruder to improve the efficiency and quality of granulation.
5. Double conical screw and single screw are driven by ac frequency conversion technology, which can adapt to various technical requirements;
6. Hydraulic quick net changing device is adopted at the front of the machine head, saving time and effort, and environmental protection.
7. The granulator adopts rotary cutter head and fine-tuning device to carry out air-cooled granule cutting.
8. The cooling of the granule is carried by cyclone separator and roller type cooler or disc type vibrating screen.
9. The electronic control system adopts PLC, visual interface and frequency conversion technology to realize full automatic control.
