1. Air Foil bearing
Air foil bearing is lubricated by air buoyancy. The use of air instead of lubricant can realize operation under higher temperature and speed. The advantages of air foil bearing structure include flexible start-up, low-cost operation, no mechanical friction, no need for lubrication oil, no vibration, lower noise and long service life (semi-permanent).

3.High Speed Motor
Adopt motor of high-efficiency up to 95%, of which the speed can be controlled precisely. The motor is of minimum usable design, fast speed and air cooling type to achieve high efficiency. Air cooling is more reliable than water cooling type, because it provides easier maintenance and promises safer operation.

PLC
Adopt the programmable logic controller (PLC) of international famous brand, of which the automated solutions standard reaches the world level. The PLC can provide users various solutions from control to final connection to load. Different with MICOM, the PLC needn’t MCP. With single unit or multiple units communication realized by bus wire and center control system, the PLC can lower cost, improve control capability and safety level.
Advantages of ATB Blower
Air bearing turbo centrifugal blower adopts air foil bearings, direct-connection technology, high efficiency impeller and motor. No additional friction will occur, and motor power consumption is automatically adjusted according to the output airflow capacity (adjustable range 20-100%), so the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
Adopt air bearing and direct-connection way without mechanical contact. Noise is lower than 80dB- @ 1.5m, so there’s no need to install acoustic enclosure.
Air quality reaches ISO 8573-1 0 grade without vibration, so anti-vibration work is not required.
Without gearbox and oil-lubricated bearing of traditional blowers, high and new technology is introduced for convenient maintenance
