The front-end of the system integrates multimedia filters, activated carbon adsorption filters, and precision security filters to build a strong defense line. Effectively remove suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine, discolored odors, and fine particles. The lifespan of core membrane components can reach 2-3 years, far exceeding industry standards. Adopting corrosion-resistant and anti pollution components, the failure rate is low, and operating costs are reduced.
Equipped with PLC programmable logic controller, supporting one click start stop, automatic water production, automatic flushing, water shortage/full water protection, and fault alarm. Reduce human dependence and achieve fully automated operations.
Real time display of parameters such as water production flow rate, wastewater flow rate, conductivity (TDS), system pressure, etc. High end models support remote monitoring, allowing for real-time monitoring of system operation status anytime, anywhere.
The main frame is made of 304/316L stainless steel or carbon steel anti-corrosion material to ensure durability. The high-pressure pump is selected as an efficient and energy-saving type (such as Grundfos), with low noise and low energy consumption.
Provide multiple model options (daily water production ranging from several tons to hundreds of tons). Modular design allows for flexible configuration and reserved upgrade space according to requirements. Future expansion can be easily achieved by adding membrane shells or membrane components to protect the initial investment.
