Core discharge tube technology: Models with a capacity of 50g/h and above utilize a fully 304 stainless steel + quartz dielectric ozone discharge tube, with meticulously designed moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant structures, ensuring a significantly longer lifespan compared to ordinary glass tubes.
Multiple cooling design:
Low-power models adopt forced air cooling to ensure continuous and stable operation;
High-power models (≥50g/h) have been upgraded to water cooling systems, resulting in higher ozone concentration and more stable operation, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
Sophisticated component configuration: The 100g/h large-scale machine is equipped with a standard oil-free air compressor, condenser, precision filter, and electronic drain valve, forming a complete closed-loop air source treatment system to ensure the purity and efficiency of ozone production.
3. Compact design, ready to use upon installation
The integrated body design highly integrates the air pump, power supply, discharge chamber, and cooling system, resulting in a small footprint.
The ozone output interface (φ8mm) is universal, facilitating quick integration into existing water treatment pipelines or spatial disinfection conduits.
