Double diaphragm isolation design: The medium only contacts the pump chamber and diaphragm, physically isolating the transmission components to completely avoid lubrication contamination and leakage risks (in accordance with ISO 15848 sealing standard).
Accurate measurement, flexible adjustment
Stepless stroke adjustment: precise control of flow rate (± 2% accuracy) through gas source pressure (0.2~0.8MPa) or regulating valve, supporting a wide range output of 0-1000L/H.
Pulsation damping technology: optional pulse buffer can be equipped to reduce fluid fluctuations and improve dosing stability.
Strong adaptability to extreme working conditions
Dry running without damage: No burning during no-load operation, automatic shutdown protection.
High viscosity/corrosive media: optional PTFE, PTFE, rubber diaphragm, and 316L stainless steel pump body, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, solvents, mud, etc. (pH 1-14).
Strong self-priming ability: The vertical self-priming height reaches 6m, and the horizontal conveying distance exceeds 200m.
