The Baosi BHE305L series is a high-end heavy-duty two-stage oil-injected screw airend, specially developed for large-scale high-power industrial air compressor units. Based on upgraded two-stage compression technology and an optimized high-efficiency rotor profile, it delivers excellent large air displacement, superior compression efficiency and outstanding energy-saving performance, perfectly meeting the high-volume, stable and continuous gas supply needs of large-scale heavy industrial production scenarios.
Equipped with multiple flexible gear ratio options, it can seamlessly adapt to a wide range of exhaust pressures, ensuring stable, reliable and efficient operation even under long-term continuous heavy-duty working conditions. Crafted with high-precision machined rotors coated with a super anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer, combined with a reinforced high-tightness sealing system, it effectively minimizes internal air leakage and oil leakage, significantly enhancing the product’s durability, stability and service life.
Its integrated compact structural design simplifies installation, disassembly and daily maintenance, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs. The low-speed direct drive structure ensures low vibration, low noise and smooth operation, avoiding interference with the industrial production environment.
