The shuttle rotomolding machine is composed of two moving reels and one oven. It uses the principle of hot gas upward heating, and the oven can be heated by three types of heating materials: liquefied gas, natural gas, and diesel.
The oven provides energy-efficient and cost-effective heat circulation. It has high space utilization and rapid heating of the mould, adjustable heat cycle speed, automated positioning heating system, improved heat balance, and ensures a uniform product wall thickness.
The oven adopts a circular structure which has a high space utilisation rate and is energy-saving. It is fabricated with seperate pieces that are divided into 4, 5 or 6 parts.
The heating method is designed to uses hot gas Poiseuille flow principle, making it quicker and more energy-saving. It is also highly efficient.
The burner is brought in from the Italian Liya Hills brand, and the control system uses Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication to collect data and reduces the problems associated with traditional wires. The cables look better as a result.
