YINGCHUANG PLC Intelligent Multi-Station Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, Fully Automatic Bi-Axial Rotary Molding Equipment For LLDPE Water Tanks & Cooler Boxes is a composite high-efficiency rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, combining the high-efficiency circulation advantage of carousel machines and the large-mold carrying capacity of shuttle equipment. This multi-station ferry shuttle rotomolder adopts bidirectional reciprocating shuttle structure with multiple optional rotating arms, each fitted with full bi-axial rotation drive system. Equipped with industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, it realizes unattended continuous circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without idle waiting time.
The equipment balances large heating space and high production efficiency, compatible with both oversized LLDPE plastic water tank molds and medium-small molds for colorful cooler boxes, ice boxes and insulated containers. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque reinforced bi-axial drive motor and reducer, stable low-vibration rotation to ensure even melting of LLDPE raw materials, uniform wall thickness and consistent surface color of finished plastic products. The heating cabin adopts full-surround high-density thermal insulation cotton and multi-channel circulating hot air duct, tiny internal temperature difference to reduce surface defects. All core parameters including arm bearing capacity, heating power, air/water dual cooling mode and PLC operation logic support full OEM customization according to customers’ diversified production demands of water tanks and cooler boxes.

Multiple independent rotating arms shuttle alternately between heating chamber and cooling station, heating and cooling processes run simultaneously without waiting cycle, greatly shortening single product forming cycle. It solves the contradiction between low output of single-arm shuttle machines and small space of ordinary carousel machines, suitable for factories producing both large water tanks and medium-small insulated coolers.

Every rotating arm supports full bidirectional bi-axial rotation, stable low-vibration dual-shaft operation prevents raw material stratification, effectively guarantee uniform wall thickness for thick-wall water tanks and no color difference for colorful cooler boxes.

Industrial PLC central control system with touch screen HMI, all production parameters such as heating time, cooling time, bi-axial rotating speed and heating temperature can be set visually on screen. The machine automatically completes full circulation workflow without frequent manual intervention, cutting labor cost and lowering human operation error rate.
Expanded integral sealed heating oven owns spacious internal space, compatible with 1000L–50000L LLDPE water tank molds as well as all sizes cooler box, ice box and portable insulated container molds, one machine realizes multi-product flexible production.
Energy-Saving Hot Air Circulation Heating, Tiny Cabin Temperature Difference & Low Defect Rate
The heating cabin is fully wrapped with thick high-temperature resistant thermal insulation cotton, multi-direction circulating hot air realizes omnidirectional uniform heat radiation, strictly control internal temperature difference, avoid cold spots, bubbles, uneven wall thickness and color difference of plastic finished goods.
Comes with multi-layer safety stair platform, safety isolation protective door and reserved overhead crane lifting interface for convenient loading and unloading heavy oversized molds. All core configurations including arm maximum bearing weight, heating power, cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program can be customized to match diversified production demands of plastic tank and cooler box manufacturers.
