YINGCHUANG Electric Bi-Axial Two Station Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, PLC Automatic Rotational Molding Equipment For LLDPE Plastic Water Storage Tanks is electric heating two-station ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially designed for mass production of LLDPE vertical & horizontal plastic water storage tanks, chemical anti-corrosion containers and sewage plastic tanks.
This two-station shuttle rotomolder adopts dual reciprocating station circulation design, equipped with electric heating full insulated sealed heating cabin and independent bi-axial rotating arms for two stations, each arm with independent electric high-torque bi-axial drive system. Supported by industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, it realizes synchronous circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement between two stations, greatly improving unit time output compared with single-station models. The moderate large heating space fits all medium & large water tank molds within 1000–30000L, low vibration bi-axial rotation ensures uniform melting of LLDPE raw materials, effectively reducing defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles of plastic water tanks. The electric heating system features stable temperature control, low fuel consumption and clean operation without gas pollution. All core configurations including station arm load, heating power, air/water dual cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program support OEM customization according to customer workshop layout and water tank production demands.

Industrial PLC central control system with touch screen HMI, all production parameters (heating time, cooling time, bi-axial rotating speed, target heating temperature) can be set visually on screen. The machine automatically completes full two-station circulation workflow without frequent manual intervention, cutting labor cost and lowering human operation error rate.
Moderate Oversized Insulated Heating Chamber, Wide Water Tank Mold Compatibility
Integral sealed insulated heating oven with spacious internal space, compatible with 1000–30000L vertical, horizontal and chemical anti-corrosion plastic water tank molds, flexible single machine production of multiple specifications water tanks.
Comes with compact safety stair platform, safety isolation protective door and small overhead crane reserved interface for easy loading & unloading medium-large water tank molds. Rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power, cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program can be fully customized to satisfy diversified production requirements of plastic water tank manufacturers.
