Product Overview
YINGCHUANG 42KW Heavy Duty Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, 20T Weight Plastic Bucket & LLDPE Water Tank Making Rotational Molding Equipment is a high-power heavy-duty ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially customized for mass production of large LLDPE plastic water tanks, industrial chemical plastic buckets, sewage containers and hollow plastic barrels.
The whole machine weighs 20 tons with total power of 42KW, equipped with reinforced thickened frame and heavy load bi-axial rotating arms, which can bear super-heavy large molds for 1000–50000L water tanks and thick-wall plastic buckets. It adopts mature double-arm reciprocating shuttle circulation structure, matched with oversized full insulated sealed heating cabin and industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, realizing unattended continuous circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and demolding without downtime waiting. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque bi-axial drive motor, stable low-vibration dual-shaft rotation to ensure uniform melting of thick LLDPE raw materials, effectively solving defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles of large water tanks and industrial plastic buckets. The heating cabin adopts full-surround high-density thermal insulation cotton and multi-channel circulating hot air duct, tiny internal temperature difference and low energy consumption. All core configurations including arm bearing capacity, heating power, air/water dual cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program support OEM customization according to customer workshop layout and production specifications of plastic buckets & water tanks.

Independent dual-shaft bi-axial drive for each arm, low-vibration bidirectional rotation prevents LLDPE raw material stratification, guarantee consistent wall thickness of thick-wall chemical buckets and large plastic storage tanks, no thin or deformed parts.
PLC Touch Screen Intelligent Full Automatic Control, One-Click Unattended Production
Industrial PLC central control system with touch screen HMI, all production parameters (heating time, cooling time, bi-axial rotating speed, heating temperature) can be set visually on screen. The machine automatically completes full circulation workflow without frequent manual intervention, cut labor cost and reduce human operation error rate.
Oversized Fully Insulated Heating Chamber, Low Temperature Difference & Energy Saving
Expanded integral sealed heating oven wrapped with thick high-temperature thermal insulation cotton, multi-direction circulating hot air realizes omnidirectional uniform heat radiation, tiny internal temperature difference, reduce fuel consumption and lower surface defect rate of plastic buckets and water tanks.
Comes with multi-layer safety stair platform, safety isolation protective door and reserved overhead crane lifting interface for convenient loading and unloading heavy large molds. All core configurations including arm maximum bearing weight, cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program can be customized to satisfy diversified production demands of plastic bucket and water tank manufacturers.
