YINGCHUANG Fully Automatic Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine For 500L/1000L/2000L PE Plastic Water Tanks is independent developed shuttle rotational molding equipment, specially customized for mass production of 500L,1000L and 2000L PE plastic water storage tanks.
This machine is equipped with large full insulated sealed heating oven and two groups of heavy alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high torque driving motors. It adopts reciprocating shuttle circulation mode and self-developed industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, realizing unmanned automatic circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without waiting downtime, greatly raising continuous production efficiency of medium-small capacity PE water tanks. The oven adopts full wrapped thick high density thermal insulation cotton and multi-group circulating hot air uniform heating system, tiny internal temperature difference ensures PE raw materials melt evenly, effectively solve common defects including uneven wall thickness, cold spots, bubbles and surface color difference of finished PE water tanks. The whole machine frame is extra thick reinforced carbon steel integral welded with post-welding stress relief heat treatment, stable and anti-deformation under long-term continuous full load operation. We support customized oven size, rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power and air/water dual cooling system to match 500L,1000L,2000L PE water tank molds.

Dozens of groups of craft formulas can be stored, one-click switch among three sizes of water tank production to shorten mold debugging time.
Large Full Insulated Heating Oven With Balanced Circulating Hot Air
Full surrounding thermal insulation structure reduces heat loss, multi-channel circulating hot air covers every corner of oven, guarantee uniform wall thickness of PE tanks and avoid liquid leakage risk.
Two reinforced alloy bi-axial arms with independent high torque drive units, bidirectional low vibration rotation prevents PE material stratification, finished water tanks have smooth inner and outer surface without pits or chromatic aberration.
Shuttle Alternating Circulation Design, High Production Output
Double arms shuttle alternately between heating cabin and cooling station, heating and cooling run synchronously without shutdown waiting, effectively boost daily output of medium-size PE water tanks.
Extra Thick Reinforced Integral Frame, Long-Term Stable Full Load Operation
Integral thick carbon steel welded frame with stress relief treatment after welding, high structural rigidity, no vibration or deformation after long-time high temperature cycle production.
